This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through Fashion 5 at fashion5chicago.com. All orders are shipped from our location in Gurnee, Illinois.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Typical delivery times for U.S. orders:

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside of our control.

Fashion 5 is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total, shipping destination, and selected shipping method.
We ship using USPS or UPS, depending on the package type and destination.

Free Shipping on Orders Over $50

Orders with a subtotal of $50 or more (after discounts, before tax) qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.

Free shipping does not apply to expedited shipping methods.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Fashion 5 is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Additional shipping fees may apply if the package must be reshipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

Once your order is handed to the shipping carrier, the package becomes the carrier’s responsibility.

If your package is marked “Delivered” but not received, or if it is delayed, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
