Free In-Store Returns
Customers may return eligible items in store for free within 14 days of receiving their order. Items must meet all return eligibility requirements listed below. Please bring your receipt or proof of purchase.
Online Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for all mail-in returns. Once your return request is approved, you may ship the item back using your preferred carrier. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including final sale items, gift cards, perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized products, personal care or beauty products, and hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately once the return is approved.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
